Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Questions for engineer before/during assessment of property

A structural assessment/engineers report is being carried out on my sale agreed property on Tuesday. The engineer said it would be good if I could be there for at least part of it (I had intended on anyway).

Just wondering, is there anything in particular I should ask him, while I have him on the premises, or beforehand.
By all accounts/recommendations this guy is good, but I just want to make sure I get the most out of it.

    Tnx.
