Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I've used this site several times in the past to find headstones which often give dates of death and sometimes the names of unknown wives and children. I recently used it to request a photo of a headstone in the USA which indicated that the person had fought WWII in the US Navy, something that the family hadn't known previously.

If anyone is interested, there are lots of photo requests for Irish graveyards/cemeteries that some people here may be interested in taking. Here are some example requests :

    Donabate, Co. Dublin

    Drumcliff, Ennis

    Glasnevin

    Mount Saint Lawrence Cemetery, Limerick

I reckon that it's a pretty easy way of making someone else a little happier :)
