Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The answer to every question like this is usually "because they made an error, or let something slide, or missed something... and they want to ensure that their mistake is not actionable after the fact by you"

Life Pro Tip: Don't get the cheapest solicitor.

They lied. It was easily found out. I wasnt thier client.
If they dont do anything I suppose they cant be actioned. A bit much though to claim they were destroyed in a diaster when they clearly weren't and there was no disaster as she claimed.

And buyers just have to put up with this kind if stuffimmguessing as her client was elderly she was holding it out for the probate work

I'm aware of that. Her client was also making contact wondering what the hold up was. Then it all came out what her solicitor was telling everyone was bull****.
