Need to replace the tyres on a 2011 Galaxy.

Got a fairly poor return from the current Hankooks, which isn't a surprise give the weight of the car.

But any recommendations for something mid range that will wear a little better?

I found goodyears to be good on the Honda CRV (heavy enough car)

    225/50/17

Re Rainsports, they have always been a favourite of mine, but wear quickly enough. Can't imagine they would suit something as heavy as a Galaxy.

Isn't much 'spirited' driving done in this yoke.
