Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It can be whatever you want and the licencee agrees to. But once it goes over the threshold you pay tax regardless of what they are paying for.

So the bills can be + a variable split?

    The allowance is 1400 PA
If the total is 1401 is the whole lot taxable or just the 1 euro ?

You missed a zero there. But yes, once you go over the threshold the whole lot is liable for tax.

    Thanks, yes I was missing a 0

    Last question I think ...

If the property is in a rent pressure zone is it subject to the same laws of max *% PA increase? Or can it jump to whatever between lets?

Rent a Room scheme is not governed by RpZ legislation, as the people who rent the room are licensees, not tenants.

Is it rent a room you're talking about or RAS as per your thread title. There's a whole load of difference.
