Hi Boards users.Would you go with E.B.S.,A.I.B.,Bank of Ireland or another mortgage provider?Im thinking of applying for mortgage approval this week.Thanks

AIB variable rate will be 3.65% from October.

The discount is for first time buyers. It's just a promotional tool. The discount is for one year. It will return to the standard interest rate after that.
