I do higher level and am hoping for a B2. What length should my answers be? How do I ensure I have enough SRP's , model answers perhaps? Any advice would be appreciated.

B2 is highly acheiveable imo, length doesnt really matter, srp's are what matters. Topics repeat themselves year on year, analyse the papers, learn off 20 srp's for every topical essay and you will be doing great
