Any team who loses in the current 3rd Qualifying Round in the Champions league will be placed into the play off round in the Europa League.

Valencia / Monaco a potentially tasty tie.

Celtic against Malmo? It will be tough for them but if they can't win that they definitely don't deserve to be in the group stages.

Well, I remember when Deila took over, he seemed to think Celtic were above the qualifying rounds.
