Washing Machine won't fill on 30 degree setting

    Hi looking for a bit of advice. The washing machine won't fill with water on the 30 degree setting. It's works fine on 40 degrees so long as quick wash isn't selected.
    In test mode it goes through the cycle as it should.
    Any advice on what parts are needed to repair this problem or is it better to get a new machine. Thanks in advance.
