    Hi

    Looking for a Shimano left shifter. its for a ultegra 10 speed
    but I think any 9/10/11 speed shifter will work

    not fussy on level eg sora/tiagra/105/ultegra.

    thanks for reading.

    Dom

    I think I have a sora left hand shifter in the bottom of a box. I'll dig it out and post a pic, see if it suits.

    @charlie69

    Its for my winter bike so I don't want to spend too much on it.

    Would you take €30?

    I've found that left hand sora shifter, its from a 9 speed old groupset that i had once upon a time, working fine, 15 inc postage if its of any use to you.

    I am getting conflicting evidence regarding shifter pull, so I am going to play it safe with a 10 speed.

    thanks for looking.

    I have an Ultegra Flight Deck 6510 left shifter (9 speed) if it's any good. Free to take away.

    (The cable exits the side so it may not be suitable).

    Well for what its worth, I've used in on a 10 speed groupset. Worked fine, and got me over the hump when I needed it.

    Did it work okay or perfectly? I have a campagnolo athena 11 speed shifter on it at the moment and while it works okay, there is too much pull and the chain comes off occasionally.

    Does the cable feed in from the side?

    Cable feeds from the side. It works perfectly. I used it with an ultegra 6600 group set with no issues.
