Leap Card "Topups awaiting collection"

    Hey - i threw 20 onto the card yesterday but the balance does not update. There is a note to say "Topups awaiting collection" for this amount, but do i need to do anything for this?

    Where did you select as the load location? The website cannot update the card through thin air.

    You need to use the load location to collect it.

    If you actually topped up at a TVM or a shop - ignore the site, it'll update in time.

    If you have an Android phone with NFC you can collect the top-up by downloading the Leap Card app and touching the card to the NFC receiver
