Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

As the title says, I would like to ask you if you know any companies that are able to reconvert/convert a van (let's say a Mercedes Sprinter High Roof) into a food van or a mobile kitchen.

It would be nice if you can provide some websites or any infos as so far I did found 2 of them, but seems that they don't really will to do the job.

Many thanks in advance and apologise if posted in wrong category.

I really think you'd be better looking on UK sites for something already built where someone else is taking the hit.

@ Colm: I have looked to UK websites too. But I wouldn't like to travel from Mayo to Essex just to see a van that might look totally different than looks in photos on internet. Call me lazy or something, but is kind of tricky. However, I need to give your 2 cents for the tips, as in UK are lots of companies that does the job.

@ vicwatson: I'll give them a call tomorrow. As far as I can see on their website, the lads are into camper vans, not mobile kitchens or food trucks/vans. Again, thanks for the tips.

If anyone else here knows a nice company in Ireland or Northen Ireland that can do this type of convertions, please post in here. I might not be the only one hunting them.

    Thanks again, guys.

Food trucks are still a bit of a rarity in Ireland.
I would suggest you build up a shortlist of fans in the UK and do a tour, if nothing else it will help you figure out what you do and don't want if you go down the expensive route of starting from scratch.
This dirt if stuff is huge money to get built - a few hundred on a trip could save you thousands
