Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Many thanks to all who ‘thanked’ the photo and once again to Myksyk for the number crunching.

As with many of my pics – this was taken on the Dodder at Milltown.

I noticed this Grey Heron in the River and even though the background was pretty dark- the heron and the overhanging leaves caught enough light to produce that pleasing reflection.

Taken with Nikon D800 and Tamron 150-600mm lens (in this case extended to 180mm).
    Iso 800 at 1/500th Sec.
    F6.3

    Thanks again!
