Just wondering whats going on across FE colleges- blended learning versus onsite? Are you personally off-site for bl or just the students? Have you been given any tech to help with the job? Generally wondering how people are planning their year, dreading it or looking forward to the change?

half the class in college the other half at home
I'd say it will be a challenge to keep them interested through out the year
