Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Couldn't recommend anyone in particular, but they are generally around about 1-1.5% of the property cost, plus your stamp duty.

I wouldn't be aware of the legal professionals in that neck of the woods but regarding costs you can go into any legal firm and request a written estimate of fees including outlays without committing yourself.

I used Eamonn Creed in McDermott, Creed and Martyn and found him great. www.mcdcm.ie
