Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi

    Planning permision granted for attic conversion, with ensuite, and have just started the ball rolling on quotes. Have had a few lads out recently and awaiting their pricings. House itself is your standard three bed semi-d in Dublin.

    Any idea what i can/should expect back cost wise?

    And also, if you've had similar completed recently i'd be happy to hear who completed the works for you, if you were satisfied of course! (pm if necessary)
