Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

As it's Saturday night I think a Chinese takeaway is in order, any recommendations for a good one?

Depends on location but royal villa is probably the best. I am partial to king ding also

My oh is a chef and adores satay, we have tried practically every Chinese takeaway in Galway since moving here last August and the only one that makes a satay sauce from scratch and doesn't just throw a nut emulsion into a curry sauce is limeleaf in Renmore. It's lovely!

I like Golden Rickshaw in town.

And on Friday we tried Lana, next to the Oslo in Salthill. Does sit down as well as take away. A friend reckons they opened about 5 weeks ago.
