Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

After the events of last winter I think it may be a good idea to start a thread like this in order to help people keep track of any incoming storms. I'm doing this because not everyone relies on met eireann and the people seem to have been caught off guard last year on just how powerful and damaging these storms can be. Also a lot of people find events like this fascinating.

As you can see I am also including any winter weather incase this might be a year of a cold snap or big freeze instead.

FYI every (severe) event gets its own dedicated thread here with accompanying warning levels already
