Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

giving notice - dates?

    What happens if you give a months notice mid-way through the month? Do you have to pay the next month in full (meaning it is a month and a half notice), or would you just pay the weeks up to the moving out date?

    if you give notice on the 11th then you move out the 11th of the next month and pay until that day.

    some agents and landlords will tell you that you have to give notice ending at the end of the month but thats bull.

    last months rent due is monthly rent *12 / 365 * (number of days past your last rent due day)
