Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Customer registered in Ireland do not have to pay this fee.

It's very clearly called out in the Policy update:
NOTE: This provisions does not apply to PayPal users registered in Ireland and to personal accounts registered in Hungary.

    https://www.paypal.com/en/webapps/mpp/ua/upcoming-policies-full

And if that does not satisfy you:
The inactivity fee applies to users registered in United Kingdom, Bulgaria,
Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary
(Corporate Customers only) Isle of Man, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein,
Lithuania, Malta, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia.

As per A3.13 of the new terms applicable from 16 December:
    https://www.paypalobjects.com/marketing/ua/pdf/GB/en/ua-121620-v1.pdf

That is the danger of using UK based news without checking the actual T&C.
