Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I am completing a PCVE at the moment. The sale would have been exempt from VAT but TOB applies.

I am satisfied that Q1, 1.1 (a) and (b) are No and 1.1 (c) is Yes. However, is 1.1 (d) also Yes or should that be No? Questions attached.

    Thanks

I don’t think VAT on property advice is permitted on Boards?

Ah. I'm not sure myself tbh. But would the answer to that question be considered VAT on property advice? :)
