Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Replace lost drivers' license without PSC?

    Hi,

    Hope this is the appropriate forum. I am trying to arrange the replacement of drivers license (lost) for a relation who is studying outside of the country. He will require a license upon his return in a few weeks, but it seems one requires a Public Services Card to request one be reissued.

    Of course, I can't get one reissued for him because you need to make an in-person appointment to arrange such a thing (AFAIK anyway?).

    Is there any other avenue that might be possible in order to have a license reissued without requiring a PSC? Or can one get a PSC reissued without having to make an appointment?
