Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Has hob extractor

Starting a renovation and we want a gas hob on the island in the kitchen. The problem is extraction. The roof is about 2.5 metres above the island and we don't want an extractor that hangs down. I think a slim extractor that's built into the roof will be too far from the hob and won't be effective.

I see there are pop up extractors and extractors that can go underneath the hob, but these only work with induction jobs as far as I can see?

Is a gas hob out of the question in this situation?
