Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

I'm trying to pay CGT on shares I sold using myAccount. I cannot see the option for CGT only 14 other categories. Anyone else having issue or possibly point me in the right direction

Hmm, I see it in my myAccount by clicking Make a Payment on the main dashboard, then selecting Tax. The first option after that is "Capital Gains Tax" (followed by "PAYE Employee", "Ancillary State Support Scheme (Fair Deal)", and then the "Show more taxes(15)" list of other options).

If it doesn't show up there for you, you may have to ring them and give them your bank details via phone; I had to do that the first time I paid CGT back in 2017, as it was not an option on myAccount at the time (as confirmed by their support staff when I contacted them asking how to pay). Not sure if it shows up for me now because I filed and paid CGT once before, or if they've just added it to myAccount in general since then, though.

Thanks for that. Unfortunately the first option I have is PAYE . There is no capital gains. Looks like I will have to call them.
