Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Phonewatch cancellation

    Has anyone any experience with cancelling PhoneWatch? I cancelled over a week ago, and only got in touch with them today to ask them to remove their equipment. They apparently wont have anyone available until early January. It means I can't install new alarm equipment in the areas where their equipment is. Can I just remove it all myself? Seems like it's just a couple of screws?
