Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi there, I'm going to rent out my house soon. I'll be a first time landlord. I'm fairly confident about all the laws and things I need to know to be a landlord. My ex partner also owns the house. She has not been contributing towards the mortgage or any household bills for a long time. Do you think I should put her name on the lease as a landlord, as well as mine? Ill be the main contact for the tenants - she will have nothing to do with it. Also, I believe I have to do my taxes as a landlord in October. Will she also need to do her taxes as a landlord? She will have nothing to do with the letting of the house or any of the organising of it. Any advice, much appreciated, thanks!
