Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
I am just looking into this at the moment as one of the options to be able to purchase a house this year with the new rules coming in it would be 2017 before I could have the necessary deposit I needed to buy a house worth 230K.
Does anyone have an information or experience of this as I tried getting information from the actual site but no luck, I am going to see a mortgage broker who deals with these type of loans but just wanted a bit of information before I do.
    Thanks
