Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Problem with my sisters Hub, can access the modem with the password under the unit but there seems to be no way to switch to 2.4g, need for smart bulbs that wont work under 5g, any thoughts please...

If log into the hub, you can go to Advanced Setting - Wireless - Wireless Signal, you can switch the two different frequencies on or off.

Normally they broadcast both simultaneously using the same SSID. Unless you have very specific requirements, I'd leave it at that.

5Ghz is faster and less cluttered, but 2.4Ghz can travel further.
