Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Say an organism manufactures a product that is composed of several types of proteins, you target the genes of the individual proteins and observe the affects of over production and under production of each protein on the product. It's not just called a knock-out study............

    Thanks :cool::D:p

    ..over expression and under expression? It would involve designing RNAs to bind to the genes so that they are transcribed (or you could use what are called MicroRNAs to also regulate it).
