Up to date valuation cert on engagement ring

In order to renew our house insurance, we need to get an up to date valuation cert on an engagement ring. We bought it in London many moons ago. All of the jeweleries in Waterford City won't value it because we didn't buy it there. Is there anywhere in the south east that do it? Thanks in advance.
