Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Latin has been added as a language to Duolingo's incubator. So it might be up to a year for the beta to be realeased but at least it is finally on the way.

If Latin were to be taught on Duolingo, the approach would have to be changed. As it's a dead language, most people would be learning it to be able to read classical texts, and would have little use for everyday vocab as presented in the other languages.

And I can't see Duolingo rejigging their courses just for Latin.
