Buying a chainsaw online

Just wondering anywhere i can buy an electric chainsaw online? Was looking at argos, but they are store pick up only?

What kind of electric are you looking for ? Mains/cordless.

Mains, i doubt cordless would be powerfull enough. (Just for firewood)

You will get a Bosch or a Makita here for less than a cheapy in Argos.

Go for one of the sellers who sells new with warranty. Personally I prefer Makita.

I have bought from these people & they were excellent - you can even talk to real people on the phone ! But compare prices before buying.

Just to add that a Stihl/Viking would be the best but probably too expensive.

Why not try your local tool hire shop for a good serviced second hand petrol saw,at least if and when you require some maintenance work or service, or new bar/ oil pump/ chain brake etc all you need do is return too whier you bought it and get them too do any repairs nedded done, they will be used too repairing that brand and will do proper repairs. If you buy on-line you may find running repairs hard too get done properly or when you need them done...
