Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If brexit happens and a hard border too

Do you believe UK people working and living in Ireland would be safe?

A hard border will potentially lead to attacks at the checkpoints which will then lead to British soldiers/police over to protect and help

Resulting in more anger and attacks by republicans

Take for example the hutch kinihan feud, so many soft targets killed

Could this happen to UK residents here?

    ?

Yep, I think it's compulsory. All UK residents here are to be killed.

A soft border would be a hard target. Just ask Steven Seagal.

Why would a hard border need to be manned by soldiers?? AFAIK no soldiers work in passport control/airport police in any of our airports or any airport around the world i've ever been.

I’m referring to the tit for tat innocent civilians that were killed during the troubles

My reference to the hutch kinihan feud is that this practice still occurs, so it is not a far fetched concern

There's two politics forums with Brexit threads spilling out of them, use those.
