    Does anyone know what's happening regarding the "Abbeylara incident"? Where John Carty was shot dead by Gardai?

    It was the ERU (Emergency Response Unit) who killed John Carty, not the regular Gardai.
    It seems to be at a bit of a stalemate at the minute, I'm not really sure whats happening.
