Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

:D:D Guilty of TV dinners when I'm alone!

I dunno, haven't turned it on yet but I think it's a lot of teleshopping and cartoons this time of the morning.

Do you like daytime TV when you've a day off?

Not really unless I decide to just have a lazy day on the couch which is rare.

Do you pay for Sky tv?

:D That's as good as any (maybe even better than some!)

Yes. (But then I have to say that, don't I, never know who's reading this :D) In all honesty though I do. Got my renewal notification in the post today actually.

What do you think of how they're going to restructure the new TV licence? Do you think it will be possible to implement?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,812 ✭✭✭✭sbsquarepants

I think the tax man generally finds a way to screw you, so most likely it will happen.

Do you think the licence fee is reasonable at it's present level?

    That's for sure

I'll possibly get slated for this but f€ck it!....I don't think it's too bad, €13.33 per month, I barely notice it to be honest. I don't watch that much TV when I'm working, when I'm off I'd usually have it on if for nothing more than a bit of "company". Add it to Sky and Netflix etc. and it all adds up though.

What is your first most vivid memory from your childhood?
