Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Has anyone seen any battery powered automation that can tilt Venetian Blinds which currently use cords to tilt?

Have a look here - he uses them for curtains but if you listen through he states that the curtains are heavy and the motor is made more for blinds.

He also shows another smaller option but said something about poor integration with Alexa routines etc. though in the comments apparently that's been resolved.

I have a motor like this for a roller blind - mine is Benexmart, available on Amazon. It's just bluetooth connection to the phone, so doesn't work with Google Home/Alexa, and you can't control the blinds when you are out of bluetooth range, though you can set a schedule. According to the blurb, it will work with a venetian blind - I don't see why it wouldn't as it works with any blind controlled by a cord or chain.
