Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I got a letter for Jury Duty today but it starts the before my partner is due a baby ,
I'd be on two weeks paternity leave, One of our other kids is will just be gone 2 a few days so she will need my help at home ,

Is that a valid excuse for me to get off ?

Not involved in the legal profession at all, but I got called for Jury Duty at a time when I was in a different part of the country looking after both parents who had had operations at the same time. I wrote a reply letter, asking if it could be postponed for 5-6 weeks, but they just excused me, and never heard anything more about it.
