Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

USC on forestry income

    I know that you have to pay USC on forestry premium income but i was wondering would you have to pay USC On the grant paid to plant the forest in the first place? I cant find any information on this.

    No, because your planting grant is to cover an expense it’s not an income as such unlike premia and timber sales as far as I know
