Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi

My parents have a tenant who is living their house this week. It's going to be sold, as know they have no interest in renting it. They are looking to get it deep cleaned before it goes on the market.

It's based in Dublin 13. Does anyone have any recommendations of who to use? And how much should they expect to pay for a 1000 sqft, 3 bed house.
