Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just looking on Daft for house shares, and between Cork suburbs and the City center there are roughly 200 up as opposed to at a guess 30 normally. Rent asking prices are down at a guess 10-15%. I'd imagine there are not many renters in the market ATM  and with an AirB&B season bust just around the corner rents should fall dramatically for the next 6 month period, IF the landlords/subletters want any revenue whatsoever.

House shares available Cork City & suburbs now up to 340. Heard that UCC are only bringing in 1st years full time.
