Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How long does the 151 bus take to get to the Docklands in the morning from where it starts? How reliable is it?

It is reliable but you need to give a time in the morning?

Why not get a 25a/b to the quays and Luas then to the docks?

LUAS looks a bit packed at Heuston at rush hour. It'd be nicer to sit back on a bus and get from A to B without any changes.

You wouldn't get on at Heston, it be Abbey street.

151 goes all around the country. Cork st could delay you 30 mins on a bad day

We took it one evening going to a concert in the three arena from the first stop at foxborough, took the guts of two hours. definitely get the 25 a/b and get off at bachlors walk and either get the luas, walk or dublin bike to the docklands.

Anyone know the best stop to get off for the Immaculate Conception Church in Clondalkin and walking directions when you get off please?

Which direction are you coming from? It's a 15min-ish walk from nearest stop at 9th Lock Road. You may be better off on 13/68/69 depending on where you are

    - From Crumlin - trying to avoid having to go into city centre.

Fair enough. Best get off at the Lidl stop on New Nangor, then its a straight walk down the Nineth Lock into the village: https://goo.gl/maps/FDTT2A9P9WGv97Xf6

Sorry to resurrect this thread but it seems to be the most relevant/recent thread on this bus.

Just wondering if I needed to get from the Patrick Street stop (2383) to one of the North Wall Quay stops 2500 or 2501) before 9am on a weekday morning. Roughly what time would I need to be in Patrick Street at? Thanks!

Sometimes it can take 15 minutes, sometimes 30/40 minutes, weather and traffic dependant. I take bus from 'dalkin, but they should be every 15 mins arriving at Patrick St along the lines of 08:05/08:20/08:35, its reasonably reliable to get to that stop without much delay.

So I would say try the 08:20 one before the 08:35 one :)

    Thanks for that! Much appreciated!
