    hey all
    has anyone bought appliances from Amazon.de and if so what plug type came with it, if it was a 2 pin plug how did you convert the electricity ??

    Get a 3-pin adapter and Bob's your uncle.

    Or just cut off the old plug and wire on a new 13A plug.

    This ⬆️. When we moved here from Germany we replaced the plugs on the appliances we brought. No need to convert anything, the electricity is the same ;)

    Alot of the adaptors don't transfer the earth across.

    Better to re-wire a uk 3 pin plug onto it.
