What's with the tee placement on the 8th? I'd be very annoyed at that
First time playing it so not sure what you mean?

Played the Cashen course in Ballybunion last week. Some contrast between greens and the rest of the course. It's a tough test, tougher than it's more famous sibling I think.

    Bunclody....maybe not..
reminds me of a cute quirky course down Clonakilty direction, but
    Macreddin is my best guess

Definitely not Bunclody. The fairways are still green (mostly) up here.

Absolutely right the 13th , I had the photo tagged wrong. We had played 12a instead of 14 and were approaching the 15th tee from the very back. You wouldn't get that view from the more forward tees.

Was the worst day of the year here, cloudy but at least it was warm, mid 20’s. Thankfully the sun has been shining since then so I’ll have a bit of a tan for St. Andrews. Will be up there again on Saturday and should be able to get a few worthwhile pics.

This guy seemed to be waiting by a green on the back nine for food. After I gave him some banana and took a picture he went back patiently waiting for the next group to hit in
