Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Want to buy a coat from Onlys online store. Can't work out from website how to return if it doesn't fit. Asked at Only store in Cork and they said they're not affiliated and can't return there. Anyone know? Have messaged them on Facebook but no reply weeks later.

If you have a return label put in on the package and call DHL and they will book the collection from you. If you don't have return label you should call them and they will email you one.

Oh, is this free ? I'd assumed would have to pay so that's why wanted to return to store. If free, then this is perfect

It is free. As rule of thumb when they use specific courier it tends to be free. If they suggest you should post it back with whomever it's usually not free.
