    Hi
I have been diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis in the last year and am on the biologic treadmill. I have tried 2 different ones in various doses but with none or very little relief. I have also changed my diet to vegetarian and do pilates

My question is, have anyone found a non medical intervention that gives them relief?
    Thank u

I also have this. Diagnosed in my late 20s. Although I found biologics a game changer, sometimes I am very stiff in the morning. I use resistance bands and a foam roller to work it out.

This forum not allowing to give any medical advice. So I will post links and you make a conclusion yourself.

And I suggest making a proper life-changing plan to see a pro-active dietitian doctor.
