iPhone 6s 32gb other storage issue

    Hi guys

    My wife is having a lot of trouble with her iPhone 6s 32gb as the phone pretty much stopped working properly and constantly freezing, when I go into storage it tells me Other storage is 25gb, I have offloaded almost every app and deleted some of the app with bigger size, I have cleared the cache on Safari, I am running out of ideas at this stage.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?
