Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Self Build While Abroad - Mortgage

    Has anyone done this OR doing it at the moment with a mortgage or is it remotely possible?
    Everything I am reading online is telling me banks won't allow it even with a project manager or architect managing the build?

    If we were to start building and then move home, is possible to get a mortgage to complete the property?

    Would already having an investment property be a pro or a con?
