Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I’m in a housing estate in Co.Meath which is riddled with pyrite and I fear that if I leave having mine assessed at some stage the remediation scheme will end and I’ll be left to foot the bill.

Can somebody tell me, roughly, how much a pyrite test is, I’ve seen some ridiculous prices online.

I had pyrite remediation works completed on my house about 9 months ago.

As a very first step we got an Engineer in to undertake an investigation. This cost €550 which was refunded to us by the Pyrite Resolution Board when we were admitted to the scheme.

Happy for any questions by PM if you wish.
