Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

my sister is renting out 2bedflat , tenant on lease is not living there,tenants employee is living there, last 5 weeks no rent paid, does she have to take employee to court to evict him, or can she just tell him,to leave,since he is not on the lease,tenant is not living there.is there any laws re, squatters tenancy etc.i…

if u had a written lease, and this guy isnt on it and the lease says the leesor wont sublet it or invite any residents other than the leesor to stay there then he is basically trespassing. call the cops and tell them he is robbing the place.
