    Rooms available from Sunday August 30th.

    Double en-suite - €500p/m inc. Bills. Single - €400p/m inc. Bills.

    House occupied by 3 single professionals.

    There is one small dog in the house - a small miniature wicklow collie, smaller than a cocker spaniel.

    House is a semi detached with 5 bedrooms in total. There are 2 en-suite bedrooms, a main bathroom and a downstairs wc.
    There is a large sitting room with two couches. There is a large kitchen/breakfast room/sun room as well as separate dining room. There is also a separate utility room with washer and dryer.

    Double en-suite has two wardrobes and study desk in the room. €500 p/m inc. bills.

    Single room has 1 1/2 wardrobes and a study desk in the room, and shares main bathroom with only one other person. €400 p/m inc. bills.


    House is very well located;

    4 minute Drive to Clongriffin Dart Station (Free Park and Ride) (20 minute commute to city centre by Dart)

    Bus routes to city centre: 42,43(5 minute walk) and 15,27 (10 minute walk)
    (40 minute commute to city centre by Bus)
